Bodies and Covers
Orders for covered items such as casseroles, teapots, etc., are supplied complete with body and cover unless otherwise specified.
Example: Body only or Cover only.
Over-Runs
Orders for non stock and decorated Chefsware/ China are subject to the following percentages per item over or under shipment:

1-11 dozen — 50%
12-23 dozen — 20%
24+ dozen — 10%

calculated on total quantity ordered per item you will be billed for the quantity shipped.
Bar Code System
The H.F. Coors China Company Barcode System is the “UCC/EAN - 128 in the UPC/EAN - 14 Format”

Please make sure that all purchase orders contain the following:
1. Quantity in dozens only.
2. Item number.
3. Item name.
4. Desired color and color code number.
5. Complete shipping and billing address with street name, number, city, state and zip code.
Cancellations
Orders for non-stocked colors and/or cresting cannot be cancelled once the ware is in production. See Terms and Conditions of Sale, item 9.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior approval of H.F. Coors China Company. All approved returns must be shipped prepaid freight and have an attached Return Authorization Number. Returns that have been approved must be received no later than 30 days after approval. There will be a minimum 30% restocking charge on all accepted returns. Returns will not be considered after 90 days from the date of the original invoice.
Packaging
All items will be furnished in standard packages. A 5% packaging and handling charge will be added to all UPS or FedEx Ground shipments.
Export Packaging
Where export packing is desired, there will be an additional charge based on the requirements of each order

Breakage/Lost Merchandise
Breakage and lost merchandise claims must be filed with the carrier by the consignee. See Terms and Conditions of Sale, item 2. Original cartons and packing materials must be saved for inspection by carrier.

Freight
All prices are F.O.B. Tucson, Arizona and shipped freight collect unless otherwise specified. Carriers will be selected by H.F. Coors China Company unless otherwise specified. Orders will be shipped class 70, unless specified at full value.
Capacities and Dimensions
Liquid capacities are brimful measurements. All capacities and sizes are subject to slight variations because of the process of chinaware manufacturing. Overall dimensions of all items subject to a variance of 1/8" over or under specified dimension due to the process of manufacturing chinaware. Capacity of all items, as listed, are rated measurements, not serving capacities. Sizes and capacities listed are subject to slight variances due to unpreventible manufacturing conditions.
